Muss ich Mitglied der nGbK sein, um ein Projekt einzureichen?

Nein. Auch Nicht-Mitglieder können Projekte einreichen. Bei erfolgreicher Wahl sollten jedoch alle Beteiligten der Arbeitsgruppe Mitglieder des Vereins werden.

 

Müssen die Mitglieder der AG in Berlin leben?

Nicht alle AG-Mitglieder müssen in Berlin leben. Die Erfahrung hat jedoch gezeigt, dass es von großem Vorteil ist, wenn ein Teil der AG vor Ort verfügbar ist.
Ein Mitglied der AG nimmt auch an den monatlichen Sitzungen des Koordinationsausschusses (KOA) der nGbK teil und ist damit stimmberechtigtes Mitglied des Vorstandsgremiums.

 

Was bedeutet Format A - einjährig?

Das eingereichte Projekt sollte innerhalb des Jahres 2027 umgesetzt werden. Alle Projektgelder müssen bis Dezember 2027 abgerechnet werden. Dies gilt auch für Publikationen. Das Gesamtbudget für das Projekt wird von der nGbK zu Verfügung gestellt.

 

Wann genau kann das Projekt umgesetzt werden?

Die zeitlichen Prioritäten sollten in der Bewerbung genannt werden. Die genaue Dauer und der Beginn des Projekts selbst wird mit der Geschäftsstelle abgestimmt. Sie versucht, die Wünsche der AG soweit es geht zu berücksichtigen.

 

Können Aufbau und Aufsicht durch die AG-Mitglieder übernommen werden?

Nein, dies wird durch das Aufbauteam und durch die Aufsichten der nGbK übernommen.

 

Muss ich den Musterfinanzierungsplan benutzen?

Ja

 

Werden uns die Projektgelder ausgezahlt?

Nein, die nGbK verwaltet das Budget. Die AG bestimmt intern eine/einen Finanzbeauftragten, die/der mit der Buchhaltung der nGbK zusammenarbeitet.

 

Gibt es Honorarregelungen?

Gibt es eine Kunstvermittlung in der nGbK?

Nein, das Vermittlungskonzept und dessen Umsetzung ist Teil der Arbeit der AG. Dies können Führungen, Workshops, Veranstaltungen oder Kooperationen mit Gruppen und Institutionen sein.

 

Gibt es einen Code of Conduct und Vorgaben für Barrierefreiheit in der nGbK?

Die nGbK hat im November 2023 ihre Satzung um eine Präambel ergänzt, um einen Code of Conduct zu formulieren.

Do I have to be a member of the nGbK to submit a project? 

No. Non-members can also submit projects. However, if the election is successful, all those involved in the working group should become members of the association. 

 

Do the members of the working group have to live in Berlin?

Not all working group members have to live in Berlin. However, experience has shown that it is a great advantage if part of the working group is available locally. A member of the working group also takes part in the monthly meetings of the nGbK Coordination Committee (KOA) and is thus a voting member of the executive committee. 

 

What does Format A - one-year mean?

The submitted project should be implemented within 2026. All project funds must be accounted for by December 2026. This also applies to publications. The total budget for the project is provided by the nGbK. 

 

When exactly can the project be realized? 

The time priorities should be stated in the application. The exact duration and start of the project itself will be agreed with the nGbK office. It will try to take the wishes of the AG into account where possible. 

 

Can the working group members take charge of the exhibition construction and invigilation? 
No, this will be done by the technicians and the invigilators of the nGbK. 

 

Do I have to use the sample finance plan?

Yes 

 

Will the project funds be paid to us? 

No, the nGbK manages the budget. The working group internally appoints a financial officer who works with the nGbK accounting department. 

 

Are there fee regulations?

Is there information about the nGbK exhibition space?

Does the nGbK have an outreach program?

No, the outreach or mediation concept and its implementation is part of the working group’s tasks. This can be tours, workshops, events or cooperations with groups and institutions. 

 

Is there a code of conduct and guidelines for accessibility in the nGbK?

In November 2023, the nGbK added a preamble to its statutes to formulate a code of conduct.
