Muss ich Mitglied der nGbK sein, um ein Projekt einzureichen?

Nein. Auch Nicht-Mitglieder können Projekte einreichen. Bei erfolgreicher Wahl sollten jedoch alle Beteiligten der Arbeitsgruppe Mitglieder des Vereins werden.

 

Müssen die Mitglieder der AG in Berlin leben?

Nicht alle AG-Mitglieder müssen in Berlin leben. Die Erfahrung hat jedoch gezeigt, dass es von großem Vorteil ist, wenn ein Teil der AG vor Ort verfügbar ist.
Ein Mitglied der AG nimmt auch an den monatlichen Sitzungen des Koordinationsausschusses (KOA) der nGbK teil und ist damit stimmberechtigtes Mitglied des Vorstandsgremiums.

 

Was bedeutet Format N - Nachbarschaft?

In dieser Kategorie sollen Projekte eingereicht werden, die sich auf den historischen und räumlichen Kontext und die Nachbarschaften der nGbK in der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße oder auch der station urbaner kulturen in Hellersdorf beziehen. Für solche ortsgebundenen Projekte stehen spezifische Fördermittel der Bezirke zur Verfügung, die gemeinsam mit der nGbK beantragt werden. Die nGbK stellt zunächst ein Honorar für die Antragsbearbeitung zur Verfügung, sowie Eigenmittel, die oft Voraussetzung für solche Förderanträge sind.
Achtung: der einzureichende Finanzplan soll das Gesamtbudget darstellen, mit dem das Projekt bei erfolgreicher Förderung durch externe Geldgeber umgesetzt werden soll.

 

Was passiert, wenn die Beantragung von Fördergeldern erfolglos ist?

Die Eigenmittel sind abhängig von einer erfolgreichen Mitteleinwerbung. Das Projekt kann nicht umgesetzt werden.

 

Wann genau kann das Projekt umgesetzt werden?

Die zeitlichen Prioritäten sollten in der Bewerbung genannt werden. Die genaue Dauer und der Beginn des Projekts hängen vor allem von einer erfolgreichen Mitteleinwerbung ab. Die Eigenmittel sind hier flexibel verfügbar.

 

Können Aufbau und Aufsicht durch die AG-Mitglieder übernommen werden?

Nein, dies wird durch das Aufbauteam und durch die Aufsichten der nGbK übernommen.

Nein, die nGbK verwaltet das Budget. Die AG bestimmt intern eine/einen Finanzbeauftragten, die/der mit der Buchhaltung der nGbK zusammenarbeitet.

Do I have to be a member of the nGbK to submit a project?

No. Non-members can also submit projects. However, if the election is successful, all those involved in the working group should become members of the association. 

 

Do the members of the working group have to live in Berlin?

Not all working group members have to live in Berlin. However, experience has shown that it is a great advantage if part of the working group is available locally. A member of the working group also takes part in the monthly meetings of the nGbK Coordination Committee (KOA) and is thus a voting member of the executive committee. 

 

What does Format N - Neighborhood mean? 

In this category, projects should be submitted that relate to the historical and urban context and the neighbourhoods of the nGbK in Karl-Liebknecht-Straße or the station urbaner kulturen in Hellersdorf. Specific funding from the local districts is available for such neighbourhood-based projects, which can be applied for together with the nGbK. The nGbK initially provides a fee for working on the application, as well as own funding, which is often a prerequisite for such funding applications.

Please note: the financial plan should represent the total budget with which the project is to be implemented in case of a successful funding application.

 

What happens if the application for funding is unsuccessful?

If there is no funding confirmation by the end of 2027, the project cannot be realized and the seed-funding will not be available.

Can the working group members take charge of the exhibition construction and invigilation? 
No, this will be done by the technicians and the invigilators of the nGbK.
